The aim of the Bowen therapy is to rebalance the body using small, delicate movements on muscles, tendons and ligaments. During the pause between sequences, stimuli are sent through the nervous system, allowing the body to regulate itself. This treatment enters a dialogue with the fascia, addressing the whole body. The result can be profoundly healing, the awakening of cellular memory or simply a sense of well-being.

This treatment was created by Tom Bowen in Geelong, Australia. The first association appeared in 1987. Today, there are over 20 worldwide.

Less is more is the slogan that sums up the simplicity of the therapy: by doing less, we do more. In fact, a light but precise touch can free you of much more than tension, and all without pain.

This homeopathic massage is perfect for:

stress, tension, injury, or other health

problems (sciatica pain, tendonitis, hormonal imbalance, etc.) A special service is offered to couples experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant, followed by the relief of prenatal aches and pains. Thanks to its gentle approach, this treatment can be received by everyone, from babies to the elderly.

Here are a few tips to help you plan your appointment. The treatment lasts between 15 and 45 minutes and is performed on light clothing or directly on the skin. You should not go to the sauna on the same day or on the following two days. Do not receive any other treatment 4 or 5 days before and after a Bowen session. Ideally, don’t work or do strenuous exercises after a treatment.

Swedish Massage

The Swedish massage (comparable to the Klassische Massage in Germany) consists of a series of maneuvers performed on muscles and joints to help releasing the tensions.

The Swedish massage is a technique providing many benefits. Both toning and relaxing for muscles, this technique also increases blood and lymphatic flow. It can be practice both for therapeutic or relaxation purposes. The massage therapist will tailor the rhythm and depth of his procedures according to the needs of the client. This type of massage blends very well with other techniques I have learned over the years. Reflexology or Reiki  are good examples.

The Swedish massage allows relaxation as well as mind rest. Particularly soothing, it is recognized for its ability to lessen the effects of stress on the body.

It is designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation with basic strokes all flowing toward the heart.

The Swedish massage was developed by Pehr Heinrick Ling (1776-1839) in order to enhance the performances of athletes. Today, Swedish is one of the most widely taught and practiced massages in the Western countries.

(just for women)
60 minutes/ 70 €

Lomi-Lomi Nui massage is a Hawaiian spiritual ritual of passage, but also an act of healing.

With its continuous, random maneuvers, sometimes gentle, sometimes more intense, Lomi-Lomi Nui is an invitation to a sensory experience, a journey within oneself.

Not segmented like Swedish massage, the 8 repetitive maneuvers recall the waves of the Pacific, making it easier to let go.

An all-encompassing, flowing massage using the forearms, Temple Lomi aims to dislodge cellular memories and replace bad vibrations with love.

Of course, muscular tension will also be worked away, and blood and lymph circulation improved.

Unlike a Swedish massage, major changes can take place after this treatment.
